We currently offer the following major program and services, known as ACES: Awareness Campaigns, Care Packages, Emotional Support, and Support Financially.
In 2023, we plan to launch awareness campaigns to provide the community with information and resources about pediatric cancer and its impact. Each month we will provide a social campaign with facts and information regarding our organization and the cancer of the month based on the awareness calendar as it applies to childhood cancer.
If you have the expertise, work in the field, or want to share your family's story, complete the Join Our Team Interest Form (How I can help page). If you wish to receive notification of our campaigns, join our mailing list from the home page or follow us on Facebook.
Here is a list of the monthly topics for 2023.
As families begin this journey, we provide a care package for families who have recently learned their child has cancer and have to prepare for extended stays and visits to the hospital to care for their child.
We provide families who have lost a child to cancer with a grief care package to help them through the grieving process.
We "sponsor" bereaved families and children not currently at the local hospital for the holiday season. We launched this program at the end of 2021 by sponsoring three families with gifts for the holiday.
We want to support our families emotionally through support groups, webinars, events, and resources during this difficult time.
We support families who have to do the unthinkable by providing some assistance with the final expenses of a child who has passed.
