We want to express our gratitude to the local businesses that have supported our mission of helping childhood cancer patients and their families.
For the second consecutive year, Wally's Too Kettle Corn partnered with Gabby's Legacy Organization to organize a GLO day. Gabby's Legacy Organization was present outside the event to provide information about their organization to interested patrons. Once again, Wally's Too Kettle Korn went above and beyond by generously donating all sales from the day to support the organization. The contribution made by Wally's Too Kettle Korn will provide much-needed support for childhood cancer patients and their families. It is highly appreciated and we cannot thank them enough for their generosity and continued support!
Eastern NC Cares was started in January 2018 by Brian Ricci and the Ricci Law Firm Injury Lawyers. The initiative was created to raise awareness of local non-profit agencies that are making a difference in the community. The featured organizations are registered 501(c)(3) non-profit groups that are providing services to those who have a need. Often they have very restricted funds, so ENCC was created on the basis of helping raise awareness of these groups with the intent to not only to support them and help communicate their services, but to help them generate donations and volunteers. Brian Ricci and the monthly winning recipient are featured on WITN-TV on the first Friday of every month where Brian presents them with a $1000.00 check.
Our organization, GLO, held its inaugural restaurant partnership on June 11, 2022. We set up a table outside and provided patrons with information about our cause. Wally's Too Kettle Korn generously donated all sales from the day to support our organization. We are grateful for their support and thrilled to see such amazing community involvement.
